H&M strikes again, Donatella Versace collaborates with H&M - how exciting! She promises leather and gold, two materials I can't live without... I have never been disappointed by any of these collaborations of H&M, so bring it on!

Stella McCartney
It's that time of the year again, new-collection-popping-up-season! With my new hunt for the ultimate suit, I couldn't resist posting these new looks of the Stella McCartney Pre-Spring 2012 collection. I am a big fan of ankle-high pants and oversized blazers, I guess that explains my excitement around the pieces ;)

Today I attended my first ever Nike event, the launch of the new Nike Royalty. Located in an old factory,guys were playing basketball while all women gathered around. They even had macarons in all colors of the Nike Royalty collection, how awesome is that?! As cherry on the top, they gave me these sneakers !

Opening Sam Friday store
Sam Friday, a lingerie brand with a feel good attitude opened up their first concept store in Amsterdam on wednesday evening. First we watched a Sam Friday movie in a very old cinema in the centre of Amsterdam, after that we were welcomed in the store, located on the Leidsestraat in Amsterdam. To top the night of, the lovely Alain Clarke gave us a very intimate performance right in the middle of the cinema. I had a blast!

Bijenkorf Inspiration Awards 2011
Since last year de Bijenkorf gives young talented fashion designers a stage, called: 'Inspiration'. This year they created a special award for the upcoming designer that captured the theme of this year, typography, the best.
I really love this initiative. With all the upcoming talented designer most never see the light of fame - with this award some will finally get the chance they deserve.
COS Press Day
COS was finally showing off in Amsterdam! Yes! I had a peak at their new A/W 11 collection and I must say they didn't let me down. I am such a big fan of COS, I love their fits, colors and designs - very basic but with edgy detailing which make the clothing must-haves to crave for! Unfortunately they do not have store in Amsterdam yet, but maybe this is better for my wallet ... Yes, definitely.

Spice PR Press Day
Yesterday I was present at the Press Day of Spice PR. I have spotted some amazing items in all the A/W 11 collections. My favorite collection must be Bas Kosters, I was present at the fashion show - feathers, dots, animals and hysterical colors fill the collection, I am WOW-ed!

Ready to Fish AW 11 Presentation
Yesterday I was invited to see the new AW 11 collection of Ready to Fish. With the sun coming through in their amazing atelier right next to the Amsterdam canals the Ready to Fish team showed us all aspects of the new collection. The entire collection is based on asymmetric shapes and lines, seen in cuts and graphics. Colors like black, red and green dominated the collection with amazing handmade prints!
