On a scorching hot day at the Joondalup Festival where a short walk around the fair checking out market stall goodies, farm animals, children shows, and festival munchies like spiral spud sticks, cotton candies, and churros was followed by a longer-than-anticipated beverage break at Dome café and an unplanned shopping spree at the Lakeside Joondalup shopping mall.
