After two years of dating, The Dancing With the Stars (DWTS) judge Carrie Ann Inaba got an on-air proposal with beau Jesse Sloan while filling in for co-host Kelly Ripa on "Live! With Regis and Kelly".
Sloan, 39, got down on bended knee and popped the question to Inaba, 43, with a 2 1/2 carat sparkler!
The ring, according to jewelry expert Michael O'Connor, with an estimated price tag of $70,000, features a "D-color" princess cut and a solitaire center diamond - with both Inaba and her fiance's birthstones hidden inside the ring's platinum band.

Inaba and Sloan plan to have a summer wedding on the beach. "We want everyone to jump in the water with us after our vows!" Inaba said in an interview with Prevention magazine.
