Poetry dress, Forever 21 heels, vintage Versace handbag, vintage Versace necklace chain
Friday: Took 6 hours (9 hours including a lunch/shopping stop and few turns getting lost) getting to my dear friend's place in Maryland, went to Lux Lounge, broke one of the heels of my favorite shoes BEFORE even getting the chance to dance in them, broke the sides of my vintage Versace clutch, and danced with only one complete shoe throughout the entire night except for the last few minutes when I totally gave up and ended dancing barefoot.

Saturday: Woke up earlier than I was supposed to despite getting merely 4 hour plus of sleep the night before, had a quick egg-and-cheese-plus-grits breakfast, got in a minor car accident on the way to the Caribbean Carnival in DC, did a LOTTA walking, had fun in the sun while getting caught up in the muddy parade, got a parking ticket on the way back, enjoyed good ol american food at Melanie's birthday cookout, danced the whole night way at Club Station 9, drank lots of water and went to sleep at 4am.
