"Wiltime Bigtime", the brand new name of Willie Revillame's controversial show "Willing Willie", premiered earlier tonight, May 14, 2011. When the show started, hashtag "#wiltimebigtime" immediately became a trending topic in the social networking site Twitter. Moments later, "Willie Revillame" was also listed in the list of Top 10 trending topics nationwide.

'Willing Willie' to be replaced by 'Wiltime Bigtime'

"Willing Willie", the controversial show of Willie Revillame on TV5, will not be coming back anymore. However, a new show will be airing this May 14 in replacement of "Willing Willie". The upcoming primetime gameshow will be called 'Wiltime Bigtime' which will still be hosted by Revillame.

Entertainment show host Cristy Fermin announced the changes on Juicy Express' May 9 episode declaring the following:

“Binigyan tayo ng pagkakataon at oportunidad ni Willie Revillame na unang i-announce dito sa ‘Juicy Express’ na magbabalik na po siya sa [Mayo] katorse… Sabado ‘yan,”

“Ganun pa rin po, alas-singko [ng hapon] pag Sabado, 6:30 [ng gabi] araw-araw."

Since April 11, "Willing Willie" has been off the air after its sponsors removed their ads on the show due to the alleged "child abuse" on the show's March 12 episode. The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) also had suspended the show for 1-month which ended on May 8. The Board already allowed the show to comeback on May 9.

Again, the show will not be coming back anymore and a new show titled "Wiltime Bigtime" will premier this May 14th.

Meanwhile, our poll's current results seem to favor the news above. So far, 4,989 respondents voted "No" to Willing Willie's comeback . They compose the sixty (60) percent of the total number of voters. As of May 10, 3,190 netizens (40%) also said that we should give the show a chance and should resume airing.

The controversial host of Willing Willie, Willie Revillame previously announced that his show will be back in airing episodes on television after a self-imposed 2-week break following the pulling out of ads of its sponsors due to the alleged child abuse on its March 12 episode. However, fans have to wait longer since the break apparently has been extended.

The 2-week hiatus has passed but "Willing Willie" will not air tonight, according to recent reports. There is also no official and definite word yet on when 'Willing Willie' will return on television.

In a recent interview of Willie Revillame's co-host Shalani Soledad though, she said that they will be back soon. She added that their set has undergone a make over as well.

“Sa mga milyong-milyon na naga-abang kung kelan po babalik ang ‘Willing Willie,’ malapit na po. And of course, marami ang ginagawa, marami kaming ini-improve sa show para pag-balik natin mas lalo pang mag-enjoy ang ating mga [manonood],” Soledad announced on "Paparazzi", yesterday.

“Meron na tayong bagong flooring, which we are very proud [of]. This is the first LED flooring sa buong Pilipinas. So abangan niyo po ‘yan,” she added.

With the recent turn out of events, Willie Revillame has announced that his show "Willing Willie" will be off air for two weeks or until he makes up his mind of continuing the show without the sponsors.

The controversial March 12 episode of "Willing Willie" where a 6-year old boy named JanJan Suan did a macho dancing act as his talent in a segment of the show, has been found to constitute child abuse by some government agencies.

The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board is currently investigating on the matter. Meanwhile, the show's sponsors have pulled out their ads on the show.

The video of the 6 year-old boy macho dancing on "Willing Willie" below has been the center of criticisms, recently. The issue is that Jan Jan "was allowed to be publicly humiliated on the Filipino entertainment show "Willing Willie" in exchange for money", according to a post in a petition site.

Some people also aired their views on the matter on the microblogging site, Twitter.

According to "@iamhappyamy" she found it sickening tweeting, "a kid gyrating like a macho dancer, willie making fun of him, the audience enjoying – truly sickening!"

"Willie didn't learn the word 'polite' when he was a kid. He thinks he can toy with the 'mass' by dangling them money," "@richard_carpio" said on Twitter.

*** I previously posted this clip with the comment that I found it funny. As I said, I have not watched this episode. The video only shows the dancing part which I found funny. I did not even notice the boy was crying and Willie was not saying so much either.

I recently saw the entire interview and Willie was indeed making fun of the kid in the earlier part of the interview.

Talentadong Pinoy 2011 Grand Champion 'Joseph the Artist' Winning Performance Video

The 2011 Talentadong Pinoy Grand Champion has finally been proclaimed during last night's episode of the TV5 talent search which was broadcast live from Ynares Center. After a nationwide text voting procedure, Joseph the Sand Artist fromLaguna was announced as the Ultimate Talentado for 2011.

Talentadong Pinoy Grand Winner Joseph the Artist was handed a trophy by last year's winner Yoyo Tricker Joshua Davis and brought home a brand new car, 1 Million Pesos cash, and a scholarship grant. He is also going to represent the country in the WCOPA (World Championship of Performing Arts) which will be held in Hollywood, California, USA.

Valerie Concepcion, a Kapatid and a Kapamilya at the same time

Valerie Concepcion can be considered both a Kapatid and a Kapamilya since she will be doing a show in TV5 and as well as in ABS-CBN. The former Wowowee co-host does not have an exclusive contract to any TV company and thus she can work in any network she wants.

"Okay nga 'yon dahil pinayagan ako pareho. Pinayagan ako sa TV5 and pinayagan ako sa ABS-CBN," Valerie told PEP.

Valerie is part of the cast of the drama series "Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak" which will shown on TV 5 and an upcoming TV project on ABS-CBN which will star the child star Xyriel Manabat.

Valerie said that she is excited on her acting comeback and is a bit pressured since she will be working with veteran actors and actresses on her TV show.

"Medyo may pressure, most especially kasi ang kaeksena ko talaga is Mr. Richard Gomez and Ms. Ruffa Gutierrez. Alam mo 'yon, parang ano talaga, hindi kinilala dahil sa sobrang ganda, guwapo, kung hindi dahil very talented talaga sila when it comes to acting." Valerie shared.

"Medyo nakakakaba and nakaka-pressure. Parang hindi ko alam kung papaano ako makikipagsabayan sa kanila. Kumbaga, for three and a half years, nag-hosting ako, hindi ako nag-acting. Parang ngayon na nagbabalik-acting ako, isasabak ako agad na sila 'yong kasama ko. So, medyo kinakabahan." Valerie added.
