Gwendolyn Ruais Wins Miss World Philippines 2011 Crown
21-year-old Gwendolyn Ruais bested other 23 beautiful young ladies and was crowned the first ever Miss World-Philippines during the coronation night held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Manila last night, September 18.
She received a P1-M peso cash prize, a GMA Artist Center (GMAAC) management contract, a condominium unit in Chateau Elysee from SM Development Corporation (SMDC) and the chance to represent the Philippines in the upcoming Miss World pageant at Earls Court Exhibition Center in London, England this coming November 6.
