Twitter users from all over the world commemorate the 30th death anniversary of reggae artist Bob Marley by tweeting his quotes and adding "RIP Bob Marley" which is now a worldwide trending topic in the micro-blogging site.

Bob Marley's battle with cancer ended in a Miami hospital on May 11, 1981. He was 36 years old when he died.

Marley was the rhythm guitarist and lead singer of the "Bob Marley & The Wailers" band. He remains the most widely known and revered performer of reggae music, and is credited with helping spread both Jamaican music and the Rastafari movement to a worldwide audience.
